IN LIQUIDATION (THE COMPANY)

NOTICE is hereby given that on 18 October 2018 the Company was placed into liquidation by resolution of its members pursuant to section 159(2) of the Insolvency Act, 2003 (“the Act”) and that Mark McDonald and Matt Richardson of Grant Thornton (British Virgin Islands) Limited, 171 Main Street, 2nd Floor Walkers Building, PO Box 4259, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands were appointed as Joint Liquidators.

FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to Section 179(1) of the Act that a meeting of creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton (British Virgin Islands) Limited on 6 November 2018 at 11:00 am local time for the purposes provided for in Sections 179(3) and (4) of the Act.

Any creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting can do so either in person or by proxy. Please note that prior to attending the meeting creditors must lodge particulars of their claim with the liquidators. Completed proxy forms must also be lodged with the liquidators. Both the creditors’ claims and/or proxy forms must be submitted no later than 12 noon on the last business day before the meeting. The majority required to pass a resolution at the meeting is not less than 50% by value of the claims of those persons attending in person or by proxy.

Prior to the meeting, by request, the Joint Liquidators will furnish any creditor with a list of known creditors of the Company and other such information concerning the affairs of the Company that a creditor may reasonably require and the Joint Liquidators are reasonably able to provide.
