Notice is hereby given that on 9th October 2018 a Petition was presented at Aberdeen Sheriff Court by Edward Robb, residing at 27/2 Danube Street, Edinburgh, EH4 1NN and James Vincent Baker, residing at 603 Hogans Valley Way, Cary NC 22513-5696, craving the Court that Make it Social Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with company number SC416721 and having its registered office at Norton House, North Deeside Road, Kincardine O'Neil, AB34 5AA, be wound up by the Court and interim liquidator appointed in which Petition, by interlocutor of 9th October 2018, the Sheriff appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after advertisement, and in the meantime appointed Claire Middlebrook, Insolvency Practitioner c/o Middlebrooks Business Recovery & Advice Limited, having a place of business at 11A Dublin Street, Edinburgh, EH1 3PG to be provisional liquidator of the said company with authority to exercise the powers contained in Parts II and III of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
