Notice is hereby given that Supplementary Environmental Information relating to masterplan updates has been submitted to Fife Council by Stirling Developments Ltd relating to the planning application (Ref: 16/04155/EIA) for Planning Permission in Principle for a residential led mixed-use development comprising a minimum of 2,150 residential units, employment/commercial land, landscape framework (landscaping, parks, green space), community facilities, healthcare, local retail, new primary school(s), roads and drainage infrastructure and associated development. Possible decisions relating to the application are:- (i) approval of the application without conditions; (ii) approval of the application with conditions; (iii) refusal of the application.
