Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Mizuho Bank, Ltd. (the "Transferor") transferred and assigned 100% of its partnership interests in the Partnership to Coller Partners 715 LP Incorporated (the "Transferee"). Consequently, the Transferor has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferee has been admitted to the Partnership as limited partner in the Partnership.
