Sheriff Deutsch, by interlocutor dated 13 September 2018, appointed inter alia the petition to be advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette and The Edinburgh Gazette newspapers and allowed all persons claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, at the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9TW, within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service of the petition.
