Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15/08/2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 07/09/2018 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Tom Stephen Roby Mandale who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Tom Stephen Mandale and assumed the name of Tom Stephen Roby Mandale.
