Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 10 August 2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 12 September 2018 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Alba Luna Cicognini-Delap who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Alba Cicognini-Delap and assumed the name of Alba Luna Cicognini-Delap.
