WHEREAS BIBBLE MILKSHAKE BAR BUCHANAN LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC542214 was dissolved on 23 January 2018; AND WHEREAS in terms of section 1012 of the Companies Act 2016; all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Bibble Milkshake Bar Buchanan Limited was the Tenant under a Lease between LS Buchanan Limited and the said Bibble Milkshake Bar Limited, dated 15 August and 16 September and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 26 September all in the year 2016, of ALL and WHOLE the subjects and others known as Mall Kiosk, Level 3, together with the Remote Store, Level 2, Buchanan Galleries, Glasgow; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Bibble Milkshake Bar Buchanan Limited came to my notice on: Now THEREFORE I, DAVID BRYCE HARVIE, the Queen’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Lease.
