Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Benoit Broch has transferred part of his interest in Livingbridge 5 FP LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL010407 (the “Partnership”), to Livingbridge General Partner LLP.

Separately, Livingbridge General Partner LLP has, in turn, transferred part of its interests in the Partnership to each of Matthew Caffrey and Fiona Dane.
