Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Benoit Broch, Michael Thompson and Nick Holt have transferred part of their respective interests in Livingbridge 6 FP LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL027499 (the “Partnership”), to Livingbridge General Partner LLP.

Separately, Livingbridge General Partner LLP has, in turn, transferred part of its interests in the Partnership to each of Matthew Upton, Xavier Woodward, Steve Cordiner, Simon Peet, Louis Graham, Thomas Makey, Sanjay Panchal, David Kirby, Matthew Jacobs, Simon Hollingsworth and Ruby Biring. As a result of the transfers, each of Simon Hollingsworth and Ruby Biring has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
