Notice is hereby given that on 11th September 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Paisley Sheriff Court by Mondo Hotels Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, registered number SC458449, and having its registered office at Radleigh House, 1 Golf Road, Clarkston, Glasgow, G76 7HU ("the Petitioner") in relation to BBH Scotland Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, registered number SC513502, and having its registered office at Radleigh House, 1 Golf Road, Clarkston, Glasgow, G76 7HU ("the Company”), craving inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court. In which Petition the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 11th September 2018, ordained persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement and meantime appointed the Stewart MacDonald, Insolvency Practitioner of Scott Moncrieff, 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NL to be Provisional Liquidator of the Company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
