The First Meeting of the Contributories in the above matter was held at Burleigh Manor, Peel Road, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 5EP on 9 August 2018 and was due to be reconvened at the same place at 10.00am on the 23 August 2018. By order of the Isle of Man High Court dated 15 August 2018 this meeting has now been adjourned. The Court will by further order fix a date for reconvening the First Meeting of the Contributories and a notice reconvening the meeting will be issued thereafter.
