A petition to wind up the above named company of Bolton Whites Hotel Limited (company registration number 03674979) of Macron Stadium Burnden Way, Lostock, Bolton, BL6 6JW, presented on 31 July 2018 by SPECIAL CATERING COMPANY LIMITED (company registration number 08539231) of Regency House, 45-51 Chorley New Road, Bolton, Lancashire, BL1 4QR (the Petitioner) will be heard at Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Manchester Civil and Family Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 5DJ on Monday 17 September 2018 at 10:00 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
