Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27/06/2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 03/08/2018, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of ELLA SOPHIE MARIA LLEWELLYN, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of ELLA SOPHIA MARIA HEAVEY and assumed the name of ELLA SOPHIE MARIA LLEWELLYN.
