Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.113 of the Insolvency Rules (Northern Ireland) 1991, that at a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company held on 13 August 2018 the company was placed in creditors' voluntary liquidation and Barry O'Donnell of Harbinson Mulholland, Centrepoint, 24 Ormeau Avenue, Belfast, BT2 8HS was appointed Liquidator.

The Liquidator gives notice that the creditors of the company must send details in writing of any claims against the company to the Liquidator at the above address by 31 October 2018 and if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified and in default thereof may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made.
