TRANSFERS OF PARTNERSHIP INTEREST
On 31 January 2018, Tristan Equity Partners (GP) Limited transferred part of its interest in CCP III Incentive Partners LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with registration number SL008937, in separate transfers to each of the following individuals: Jean-Philippe Blangy, Mark Terry, Sasha Silver, Sameer Godbole, Priyan Manatunga, Romain Delvert, Gerard Daly, Joanne Rothwell, Adam Smith, Nik Haigh, Cecile Champy, Nikolay Velev, Ali Otmar, Yves Barthels and Rui Tereso.
