Lord Doherty, by interlocutor dated 02 August 2018, appointed inter alia the petition to be advertised once in each of The Scotsman and The Edinburgh Gazette newspapers and allowed all persons claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, at the Office of Court, Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh EH1 1RQ, within 8 days after intimation, advertisement and service of the petition.
