NOTICE is hereby given that on 2 August 2018, a Petition was presented to Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court by Norman Thorbjornsen craving the court, inter alia, that Mellerstain Developments Limited (Company Number SC230451) be wound up by the Court and that an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Kirkcaldy by Interlocutor dated 2 August 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service and eo die appointed Richard Gardiner , Insolvency Practitioner, Thomson Cooper, 3 Castle Court, Carnegie Campus, Dunfermline, KY11 8PB to be provisional liquidator of Mellerstain Developments Limited with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
