Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Harwood Capital LLP on behalf of Ryan Corton (the "Transferor") transferred and assigned 100% of his partnership interests in the Partnership to North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust Plc (the "Transferee"). Consequently, the Transferor has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferee has increased its contributions in the Partnership.
