Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that The Wellcome Trust Limited (as trustee of The Wellcome Trust) transferred 100% of its interest in Apax Europe VI – A, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP009868 (the “Partnership”), to ASF Lithium, L.P. As a result of such transfer, ASF Lithium, L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and The Wellcome Trust Limited (as trustee of The Wellcome Trust) ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
