Notice is hereby given that on 10 July 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton Sheriff Court by Robert Connelly, Ian Drain, Paul Harris, John McKenna and Gary Jamieson, all of 378 Brandon Street, Motherwell, ML1 1XA, the directors of HUNTERS CONTRACTS (SCOTLAND) LTD., a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC250704) and having it’s registered office at 378 Brandon Street, Motherwell, Scotland, ML1 1XA (the "Company") craving the Court inter alia that said Company be wound up by the Court and that Stuart Robb and Martin Maloney, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Leonard Curtis Business Solutions Group, 4th Floor, 58 Waterloo Street, Glasgow G2 7DA be appointed as joint Interim Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton Sheriff Court by interlocutor of 10 July 2018 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 4 Beckford Street, Hamilton, ML3 0BT within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
