THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SUNDERLAND PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990, SECTION 69 AND 70 BISHOPWEARMOUTH CONSERVATION AREA
The Council of the City of Sunderland (“the Council”) gives notice under section 70 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 that on 20th June 2018 the boundary of the Bishopwearmouth Conservation Area was varied as described in the attached schedule.
SCHEDULE
The public open space known as Keel Square, SR1 3DZ is now included within the boundary of the Bishopwearmouth Conservation Area.
The section of grassed area to the west side of Paley Street, SR1 3EY is now excluded from the boundary of the Bishopwearmouth Conservation Area
A copy of the map showing the amended conservation area boundary and the Conservation Area Management Plan can be inspected during normal opening hours at the Civic Centre, Sunderland, SR2 7DN and are available on our website at https://www.sunderland.gov.uk/bishopwearmouth
