NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the directors of the Company are convening a meeting of creditors to be held at St. Andrews Town Hotel, St. Andrews Drive, Droitwich, Worcestershire WR9 8BS on 1 August 2018 at 11.00 am, for the purposes of: The appointment of a Liquidator, the establishment of a creditors’ committee and the approval of the fee for preparing the statement of affairs, the convening of the meetings and the production of the statement of affairs.

The prescribed proportion of creditors have requested a physical creditors’ meeting and therefore the virtual creditors meeting has been superseded.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to MB Insolvency, 11 Roman Way, Berry Hill, Droitwich, Worcestershire WR9 9AJ. Proofs must be received by 16:00 on the business day before the meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the physical meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxy with the convener before they may be used at the meeting.
