This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules'). The virtual meeting will be held as follows:

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1) That the basis of the Liquidator's fees be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the Liquidator and his staff in attending to matters as set out in the fees and expenses estimate in Appendix III, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by the firm at the time when the work is performed. 2 That the Liquidator be authorised to draw Category 2 disbursements.
