Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 9 May 2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 July 2018 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Jake Anthony Sherman who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Anthony Jake Sherman and assumed the name of Jake Anthony Sherman.
