Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 3 April 2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 5 July 2018 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Felix Kabwe Kapembwa Gallagher who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Felix Kabwe Gallagher and assumed the name of Felix Kabwe Kapembwa Gallagher.
