Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 23 May 2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 2 July 2018 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Tally Samantha Jackson who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Tally Samantha Keane and assumed the name of Tally Samantha Jackson
