Transfer of Interest in Bridgepoint Europe II 'A' L.P.

Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 June 2018, Lexington Capital Partners V LP (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Bridgepoint Europe II 'A' L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP007583, to Montauk TriGuard Fund VII LP which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
