Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that BlackRock Private Equity MGP Limited as Trustee for the European Balanced Portfolio of BlackRock Private Equity Partners III, L.P. transferred 100% of its interest in EQT V (No.1) Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”) to The European Balanced Portfolio of BlackRock Private Equity Partners III, L.P. As a result of the transfer, The European Balanced Portfolio of BlackRock Private Equity Partners III, L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and BlackRock Private Equity MGP Limited as Trustee for the European Balanced Portfolio of BlackRock Private Equity Partners III, L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
