Notice is hereby given that on 20 June 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton Sheriff Court by YESSS Electrical, YESSS House, Foxbridge Way, Normanton WF6 1TN craving the Court inter alia that ELECTRICAL TRADE SUPPLIES LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC487997) and having it’s registered office at Unit 4 Block 4, Fullwood Industrial Estate, Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, ML3 9AZ (the "Company") be wound up by the Court and that Ian William Wright, Insolvency Practitioner of WRI Associates Limited, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB be appointed as Interim Liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Hamilton Sheriff Court by interlocutor of 20 June 2018 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Hamilton Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 4 Beckford Street, Hamilton, ML3 0BT within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, all of which notice is hereby given.
