1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Ealing Council, on the 21st June 2018 made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.

2. The general effect of the Waiting Restriction Order will be to amend existing waiting restrictions or introduce new waiting restrictions that would apply “at any time” in the lengths of streets specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. The Orders, which will come into operation on 25th June 2018, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from Highwayservices@ealing.gov.uk or by inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until the 2nd August 2018.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any relevant requirements thereof or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may make application for the purpose to the High Court by the 2nd August 2018.

Coronation Road, NW10

the south and south-west side between a point 18.00 metres south-west of a point opposite the south-eastern flank wall of No. 860 Coronation Road and a point 4.50 metres south-west of the south-eastern flank wall of No. 860 Coronation Road.

B (No waiting at any time)

Ealing Road, Northolt

(a) the east and north-east side

(i) between a point 10 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of Church Road and a point 5 metres south-west of a point opposite the north-eastern boundary of “The Lodge” Ealing Road;

Swift Road, Southall

(a) the north side, between the eastern kerb-line of the access road leading to Dairy Meadow Primary School and a point 9 metres east of that kerb-line;

(b) the south side, between the eastern kerb-line of the access road fronting Nos. 2 to 5 Swift Road and a point 35 metres west of that access road
