TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2017

Installation of hydro-electric scheme (up to 2.0 mw), including dam and intakes, buried pipelines, powerhouse, tailrace, formation of access track, borrow pits and buried 33kV cable grid connection AT Loch A Bhraoin, Inverbroom Estate. LOCHBROOM

The Council has received an application from Glendevon Energy Company Ltd on land at Loch A Bhraoin, Inverbroom Estate. The application is development falling within the Regulations as Environmental Impact Assessment development and accordingly is supported by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report. The application reference number is 18/02458/FUL.

The application and the accompanying Environmental Impact Assessment Report are available for public inspection between the hours of 9.30 am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday at the following location:

The Non Technical Summary and DVD can be obtained free of charge.
