Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 92 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that the Final Meeting of the members and creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of James B Kennedy & Co, Unit A1, Boucher Business Studios, Glenmachan Place, Belfast BT12 6QH, on Monday 6 August 2018 at 2:30pm and 2:45pm for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s Acts and Dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up to date.
