NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make amendments to the following Orders as follows under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended

THE HAVERING (WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (MAP BASED) (AMENDMENT No. 1) ORDER 2016

THE HAVERING (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (AMENDMENT No. 1) ORDER 2016

a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions

i) On the west side of Plumpton Avenue including the access road to Hacton Primary School;

ii) On the east side of Harkness Close extending to the turning area;

iii) On Taunton Road including the western side of the southern arm and the southern side either side of the entrance to the southern arm.

b) Introduce no waiting Monday-Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm

i) On Lake Rise between No 3 Lake Rise and the rear access of 2 Brockton Close;

ii) On the west side of Pretoria Road across the rear access to No 35 Oak Street.

c) Introduce residents parking in various location in Poplar Street including 4 wheel footway parking and end on parking;

d) Introduce disabled parking bays whilst amending the double yellow lines on the south east side of Poplar Street opposite No 63 Poplar Street.

i. St Andrews Avenue

ii. Aldingham Gardens

iii. Carnforth Gardens

iv. Windermere Avenue

v. Rosewood Avenue

vi. Langdale Gardens

vii. Silverdale Drive

viii. Ambleside Avenue

ix. Derwent Way

x. Easedale Drive

Whilst retaining existing no waiting at any time restrictions

a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions

i) On Mawney Road from the junction with St Edwards Way to the junction with Marks Road;

ii) On Marks Road front the junction with Mawney Road as junction protection;

iii) On both side of Cherry Street from the junction with Mawney Road;

iv) Extending the existing on the north side of Mawney Road east of Como Street;

v) Extending the existing on the south side of Mawney Road west of Palm Road;

vi) At the junction of Mawney Road and Oak Street as junction protection.

b) Introduce no waiting Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm on Mawney Road at various locations to complement the revised carriageway and footway parking places.

c) Revise and reaffirm the locations of footway and carriageway resident parking places on Mawney Road.

Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
