Notice is hereby given that Matthew Pajares Yngson of No. 3, Victoria Street, Roseau, Commonwealth of Dominica, asserts and has claimed possessory rights of ownership, intellectual property, incorporeal hereditaments, fee simple absolute in possession, title, manorial land, rights, members and appurtenances pertaining to this manor, the benefit and interest absolutely of the Lordship of the Manor of Freckenham in the County of Suffolk, acquired by good consideration on 27th March 2018.
