In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to MB Insolvency, 11 Roman Way, Berry Hill, Droitwich, Worcestershire, WR9 9AJ. Proofs must be received by 4pm on the business day before the meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the virtual meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxy with the convener before they may be used at the meeting.
