Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 18 January 2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 April 2018, I, DAISY BELLE MILES, Greenwood, 26 Groveside, Great Bookham, Surrey KT23 4LD, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of PAULINE VALERIE DOWNES and assumed the name of DAISY BELLE MILES.
