Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19 March 2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 April 2018, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of ART HOTI, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of ART TAHIRI and assumed the name of ART HOTI.
