Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 22 January 2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 April 2018, I, LEA JENNY JEMIMA PEPPEL-SREBRNY, Nuffield College, New Road, Oxford OX1 1NF, Single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of LEA JENNY JEMIMA PEPPEL and assumed the name of LEA JENNY JEMIMA PEPPEL-SREBRNY.
