Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 March 2018 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 13 April 2018, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of OLIVIA SHIOU XIAO, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of SHIOU XIAO and assumed the name of OLIVIA SHIOU XIAO.
