NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT

A physical meeting of SARC Estates Limited's creditors has been summoned by the liquidator nominated by the Company. The meeting will be held at LA Business Recovery Limited, 1 Beasley's Yard, 126 High Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex UB8 1JT on Monday 30th April 2018 at 11:00 am.

The purpose of the physical meeting is to:

• Seek agreement from the creditors on the appointment of a Liquidator.

• Invite creditors to appoint a creditors' committee.

A completed proxy form must be lodged with the liquidator nominated by the Company (together with a completed proof of debt form if a creditor has not already lodged one) no later than 4pm on Friday 27th April 2018 to entitle a creditor to vote by proxy at the meeting.
