Pursuant to section 10 Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that on 12 April 2018 LHR Management Limited of Merchant Place Property Partnership 64 carrying on the business of property investment at 47 Park Lane, London, W1K 1PR transferred their interest (represented by a capital contribution of £50) to J & A Saxton Management Limited. Accordingly, LHR Management Limited ceased to be a Limited Partner of Merchant Place Property Partnership 64 on 12 April 2018 and J & A Saxton Management Limited was admitted as a Limited Partner on the same date.
