TO the Individual Investors who purchased carbon credits / VCUs in 2012 in connection with the above companies ("the Liquidation Companies"), or Associates (detailed below) who traded VCU's on behalf of the Liquidation Companies, which were held on the APX Registry only.

Associates: Eco-Synergies Limited, Beta Commodities Limited, New Frontier Advisory Limited, Capital Acquisitions Ltd, City Asset Partnership Ltd, Cleartrade Limited, Wealth Capital Ltd, Worldwide Commodity Partners Limited, World Commodity Trading Limited and MH Carbon Nominees Limited Tullett Brown Limited, Carbon Growth, DLT Carbon, Pure Carbon, Green Capital Consulting Group, Elite Broker Company, Spot Carbon Exchange, Hudson Forbes, Burlington Energy Markets, "World Carbon", Cida Investments, Alexander Marx, Eco Assets Ltd, Good 2 Be Green (also referred to as Good To Be Green), Alpha Commodities, Carbon Energy Resources Ltd, Foxstone Carr, Global Neutral Ltd, TM Harris Associates, Green Climate Markets Ltd, First Asset Management, Mason Warburg, Hildon Green Energy Markets and Carbon Expert Inc.

A Court Order is now in effect permitting the Liquidators to sell the VCUs held by the Liquidation Companies on the APX Registry and also directing how the sale proceeds are to be distributed. If you consider that you purchased or are beneficially entitled to any of the APX VCUs held by the Liquidation Companies please submit details of your ownership to eco-syn@gowlingwlg.com by no later than 4pm on 16 June 2018, providing documentary evidence to substantiate your claim. Please note that only emails enclosing documentary evidence relating to VCUs held by the Liquidation Companies on the APX Registry will be considered.
