NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the directors of the Company are convening a meeting of creditors to be held at MB Insolvency, 11 Roman Way, Berry Hill, Droitwich, Worcestershire WR9 9AJ on 19 April 2018 at 10.00 am, for the purpose of the appointment of a Liquidator and the establishment of a creditors’ committee.

The prescribed proportion of creditors have requested a physical creditors’ meeting and therefore the deemed consent procedure has been superseded.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to MB Insolvency, 11 Roman Way, Berry Hill, Droitwich, Worcestershire WR9 9AJ. Proofs must be received by 16:00 on the business day before the meeting.
