Notice is hereby given, pursuant to R14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, as amended, that the office holder, Joint Liquidator, intends to make a distribution to unsecured creditors within a period of two months from the last date of proving. The proposed distribution or dividend is a first and final distribution.

The distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
