Notice is hereby given that on 1 March 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Grampain, Highland and Islands at Fort William craving the Court inter alia that Leven Homes Ltd., with its Registered Office at Riverside Road, Kinlochleven, Argyll PH50 4QH be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Fort William by interlocutor dated 5 March 2018 ordained the said Leven Homes Ltd. and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Fort William within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service.
