THE HACKNEY (PRESCRIBED ROUTES AND 20MPH SPEED LIMIT) (AMENDMENT NO.12) ORDER 2018

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 23rd March 2018 the Council of the London Borough of Hackney did make the above-mentioned Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order will be to confirm the introduction of prohibition of motor vehicles as specified in the table below:

3. Copies of the Order, which will come into force on 26th March 2018, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the expiration of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Order is made, in the visitors reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, E8 1DY. Further information may be obtained at www.hackneytraffweb.gov.uk or by contacting Helpdesk on 020 8356 8991 and quoting the above TT reference number.

4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
