THE HAVERING (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 201*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to:-

a) Introduce the following parking and waiting changes

i) Introduce no waiting at any time on the north side of Abbotts Close whist allocating footway parking spaces;

ii) Remove residents parking bay from outside No 116-118 Clydesdale Road;

iii) Introduce a disabled bay and pay and display bays 3 hours maximum stay, no return within 2 hours Monday to Saturday between 8.30am and 6.30pm on the east side of Ferry Lane north of the junction with Celtic Farm Road;

iv) Introduce no waiting at any time on the eastern corner of Ferry Lane at the junction with Celtic Farm Road;

v) Introduce no waiting at any time on both sides of Halcyon Way to cover those areas without dropped kerbs between No’s 5 and 13 Halcyon Way;

vi) Introduce no waiting at any time on both sides of Hamlet Road between the junction with Hog Hill Road and Walton Road;

vii) Introduce limited waiting 4 hours on Norwood Avenue adjacent to no 60 Rush Green Road;

viii) Introduce no waiting at any time on Norwood Avenue adjacent to No 58 Rush Green Road;

ix) Introduce no waiting at any time on Rush Green Road to protect gaps between driveways on both sides between No’s 43 and 134 Rush Green Road;

x) Remove residents parking bay outside 90 Stanley Avenue and replace with no waiting Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm.

3. Full details are available for inspection together with the deposit documents for the orders referred to above and can be inspected for a period of 21 days either through www.haveringtraffweb.co.uk or in the Public Advice and Service Centre, London Borough of Havering, Liberty Shopping Centre, Romford between 9am and 4pm on Mondays to Friday. Further information may also be obtained via www.haveringtraffweb.co.uk or schemes@havering.gov.uk.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
