NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Section 19, as read in conjunction with Section 21, of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act 1949 that Glasgow City Council intends to manage land having a total area of 9 hectares or thereby, situated at Hogganfield Park in Glasgow and shown shaded yellow (on the plan attached to the Declaration) as a Local Nature Reserve.

Certified copies of the said Declaration with plan attached have been deposited for public inspection without payment during normal office and library hours for a period of thirty days from the date of this Notice, in the office of Land and Environmental Services, Exchange House, 231 George Street, Glasgow G1 1RX and on the Hogganfield Park notice board adjacent to the main car park.
