As Joint Liquidators of the company, we hereby give notice that we intend to make a final distribution to its creditors. The last date for proving is 10th April 2018 and creditors of the company should by that date send their full names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims to me, Samantha Jane Keen of Ernst & Young LLP, 1 More London Place, London, SE1 2AF.

The Company is a dormant subsidiary of Capita plc and has been placed into members’ voluntary liquidation as part of an ongoing project to simplify the organisation’s corporate structure. A members’ voluntary liquidation is a process for the winding up of a solvent company with a view to its eventual dissolution from the Companies Registry.

In accordance with Rule 4.192 of the Insolvency Rules (NI) 1991, we may thereafter make the proposed distribution without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not yet proved.
